Craftgifts.ie is expanding — and our sellers are coming with us.

We are delighted to announce the forthcoming launch of Gifts4u.ie, a brand-new general gifts marketplace being developed alongside Craftgifts.ie.

This is not simply another website.

It is the next stage in the growth of our marketplace network — designed to give our existing sellers access to a wider audience, more selling opportunities and greater exposure for their products.

Two Marketplaces. One Seller Account.

One of the biggest advantages for Craftgifts.ie sellers is that Gifts4u.ie is being developed as a connected marketplace.

Our intention is to make it possible for suitable products to be listed on both Craftgifts.ie and Gifts4u.ie from the same seller account.

That means you will not have to build an entirely new seller profile, start again from scratch or manage completely separate systems just to reach customers on the new marketplace.

Where appropriate, your existing products can be made available across both platforms.

Craftgifts.ie will remain focused on Irish crafts, makers, artists and independently produced products.

Gifts4u.ie will take us into a much broader gifting market.

The new marketplace will be designed around gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, new babies, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, thank-you gifts, corporate gifts, personalised gifts and many more occasions.

This wider focus will allow us to attract customers who may not necessarily begin their search looking specifically for Irish craft, but who are actively looking for a great gift.

For our sellers, that means another route for customers to discover your products.

Because the two marketplaces are being developed to work together, we want that additional opportunity to involve as little additional administration as possible for our sellers.

Our existing sellers have helped us build Craftgifts.ie, and they will be given the opportunity to be among the first sellers represented on Gifts4u.ie.

As we prepare the new marketplace for launch, we will be working through existing seller accounts and identifying products that may also be suitable for Gifts4u.ie.

Craftgifts.ie was created to give independent Irish sellers a strong online marketplace through which to showcase and sell their products.

Gifts4u.ie allows us to take the next step.

Rather than asking our sellers to find new marketplaces, create new accounts and rebuild their product catalogues elsewhere, our goal is to build the additional marketplaces and bring our sellers with us.
