 Founding Seller Incentive Programme

Craftgifts.ie is building Ireland’s dedicated online marketplace for handmade, craft, and artisan gifts.

To ensure the platform launches and grows with a strong range of high-quality products, we are offering a Founding Seller Incentive Programme for a limited time.

This programme rewards early sellers who actively participate in building the marketplace with reduced commission rates both now and in the future.

Reduced Commission Until October 2026

All sellers currently trading on Craftgifts.ie benefit from:

• 5% commission on product sales

• No listing fees

• No subscriptions

This reduced commission rate applies until 31 October 2026.

Founding Seller Status – Permanent Commission Benefits

In addition to the reduced commission period above, sellers who qualify for Founding Seller status will receive a permanently reduced commission rate once standard commission structures are introduced after October 2026.

The level of permanent reduction depends on when qualification is completed.

How to Qualify as a Founding Seller

To qualify for Founding Seller status, sellers must meet all of the following criteria:

• A fully completed and approved seller account

• A minimum of 10 live products listed on Craftgifts.ie

• Products must have been live for at least 60 consecutive days

• At least one confirmed sale completed through Craftgifts.ie

• Active promotion on social media of the products listed on craftgifts.ie

• Ongoing compliance with platform policies and marketplace rules

Important Notes

• Founding Seller status is not automatic

• Qualification is not applied retrospectively

• Products or sales completed after the relevant qualification date will not count towards that tier

• Qualification is assessed by Craftgifts.ie following each milestone date

Why the Programme Works This Way

While the reduced 5% commission runs until October 2026, Founding Seller status and the most favourable long-term rates must be earned well in advance of that date.

This ensures that permanent benefits are reserved for sellers who actively contribute during the platform’s early growth, rather than those who delay setup until the end of the promotion.
