Craftgifts.ie is an online marketplace through which independent sellers offer products for sale.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the sale of a product is between the customer and the seller identified in the relevant product listing and order.
Craftgifts.ie provides access to the marketplace operated under licence by IPcom Limited and may facilitate payments, communications, order administration, refunds and other services associated with marketplace transactions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
We may suspend or disable an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been misused, compromised or used in breach of these Terms.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and other listing information are accurate and not misleading.
Handmade and artisan products may contain minor variations in colour, finish, size or appearance. Such variations do not remove the seller's obligation to supply goods that conform to the sales contract and applicable consumer law.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant goods from the seller.
A sales contract is formed when the order is accepted in accordance with the ordering process and confirmation issued through Craftgifts.ie.
The contract applies only to the products identified in the accepted order.
Payments must be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Craftgifts.ie may collect payments as payment agent or disclosed agent for marketplace sellers.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers including Stripe.
Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times vary between sellers and products and will be displayed where applicable during checkout.
Where an order contains products from more than one seller, those products may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.
Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.
Customers may have statutory rights to cancel eligible online purchases and separate rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not conform to the sales contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Customers may be permitted to submit product reviews, ratings and other content.
