General Terms & Conditions
Thank you for visiting CraftGifts.ie. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from CraftGifts.ie ("the Company"). By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are based on costs at the time of issuance. The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time to reflect changes in costs, including but not limited to goods, delivery charges, labour, overheads, taxes, and exchange rates.
Payment
We accept online payments via VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Offline payments can be made via Bank Transfer. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable. Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received in full. All products remain the property of the Company until full payment has been made.
Credit Accounts
Corporate clients may apply for a credit account, subject to approval and trade references. Approved credit accounts must settle invoices within 30 days. Contact us for further details.
Hamper and Gift Basket Contents
We strive to provide hampers and gift baskets as described. However, if an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.
Photographs
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product images accurately represent the items sold. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing updates beyond our control.
Unavailable Products
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restocking, select an alternative, or receive a full refund.
Shipping
Orders are processed upon receipt. Prices typically exclude delivery charges unless otherwise specified. We use third-party couriers, and while we provide estimated delivery times, specific dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days.
International Orders
For international orders, the Company is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Delivery Information
Accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s address and telephone number, is required. Addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service. The Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. Goods are considered delivered once the courier obtains a signed receipt or confirmation from the recipient’s address.
Signature Requirements & Re-Delivery
For deliveries requiring a signature, the recipient must be available to accept the package. If the courier cannot deliver, a calling card will be left. The recipient must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. If the package is returned to the Company due to non-collection, re-delivery fees will apply. Perishable items affected by failed deliveries will not be refunded.
Untracked Standard Post
For orders sent via untracked standard post, no signature is required. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days in Ireland and 3–15 business days internationally. Claims for non-delivery can be made after 7 days for domestic orders and 15 business days for international orders.
Personalised Content & Sender Disclosure
Orders containing personalised content (e.g., messages, images) must comply with applicable laws and be appropriate. The Company reserves the right to reject content deemed offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or inappropriate. Rejected orders will be refunded in full.
Responsibility for Content
While the Company may review orders, we do not guarantee that all content is screened. Customers accept full responsibility for personalised content.
Sender Details
For orders shipped directly to recipients, sender details (name, address, telephone number) may be included. If anonymity is requested, we may omit sender details at our discretion. However, if the recipient requests this information, the Company reserves the right to disclose it to prevent disputes or misuse.
Returns & Refunds
Please see our full Returns Policy, which complies with EU consumer rights legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act and the European Directive on Distance Selling. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Alcohol Products
It is illegal for persons under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol in Ireland. Orders containing alcohol will not be processed for individuals under 18 years of age.
