Craftgifts.ie Returns and Exchanges

1. Cancellation & Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase! However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please review the terms below.

All CraftGifts.ie Marketplace sellers must comply with the following returns policy:

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of a product to notify CraftGifts.ie if you wish to cancel or return the product for a full refund.

  • This applies only to cancellable goods (see Section 7 for non-cancellable items).

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a cancellation or return:

  • Visit CraftGifts.ie and log in to the account from which the order was placed.

  • Click on "Account" beside the site Search field, then select "Orders."

  • Your previous orders will be listed. Click on the order number and select "Request a replacement or a refund."

  • You can also start a communication with us if you have any questions.

  • Complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. (Please do not send an item back without an RMA, as we will not be responsible for any loss.)

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

4. Refund Processing

As the seller’s payment agent, CraftGifts.ie will process the refund directly to your original payment method within:

  • 14 days after the seller receives the returned product; or

  • 14 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel, if no goods were supplied.

  • No refund of postage for cancelled goods will be given if they have been dispatched.

5. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, some items cannot be cancelled or refunded, including:

  • Personalised items made to your specifications (e.g., engraved or monogrammed products).

  • Hygiene-sensitive items where seals have been broken (e.g., cosmetics, pierced earrings).

  • Specially commissioned pieces made to order.

  • Perishable goods, such as food and flowers.

  • Unsealed audio/video recordings or computer software.

  • Newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and greeting cards.

  • Items that cannot be returned in their original state, such as nylon tights.

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon delivery.

  • If goods are damaged on arrival, you must notify CraftGifts.ie within 24 hours.

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may invalidate your right to a refund.

  • If optional insurance was offered at checkout and not selected, this may affect the refund amount in case of damage.

  • All sellers on CraftGifts.ie are required to use recorded delivery for orders.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are at the seller’s discretion.

  • If an exchange is approved, you will be responsible for return postage and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
